The secure filing of team documents, which is a special requirement in the banking and insurance fields, made it necessary to achieve a tamper-proof filing system. At the same time, it was noted that a simple and concise set of user instructions had to be assured so that team members could use this new working medium without considerable training and, as a result, would quickly utilize and accept it.
With PDVC (Project Documentation and Version Control), SoforTe GmbH has developed a Domino application that makes comprehensive management of documents possible for team-oriented processes. PDVC’s full range of functions can be used both in Lotus Notes Client and in a browser - quickly, safely and always up-to-date.
